I just upgraded to Windows devjce and found that my PC may not be supported. It also will not run my second monitor. Is my only option to revert back to Windows 7 or are there other porhable If I do revert back to Windows 7 and future service cevice resolve these issues, can I reinstall Windows 10 at no cost? I tried different ports, different cables and configurations and the computer began to read the devices. The computer is a Dell Optima which I purchased as a refurbished unit from Newegg about a year ago.
I worked through some of the other minor issues but was hopeful something could be winndows about the 2 nd monitor. It is a Dell Model EFpc. It worked fine on Windows 7. If split, would they work independently? If I end up reverting back to Windows 7 will I lose any data I had prior to the new installation?
